Keynet Systems S.L. "KEYNET" considers it is a basic objective to guarantee the privacy and confidentiality of personal data, complying with the rules established in Law 15/1999, of December 13th of Protection of Personal Data and Royal Decree 1720 / 2007 of December 21st.

1. Ownership of the file

Keynet Systems S.L. sited at Calle F Oeste nº 56, Pol. Ind. Malpica 50016 Zaragoza (España), CIF/VAT ESB99405557 is the owner entity of files where Personal Data are incorporated and the responsable of the Data . Keynet is in the process of implementing the Data Protection Regulations  where these files will be duly registered in the Register of the Data Protection Agency, as required by the regulations in this area.

2. Data Characteristics

The personal data that are part of KEYNET files are appropriate and relevant and necessary for the purpose for which they are collected.

KEYNET guarantees the technical and organizational measures for the security and integrity of personal data it contains, avoiding its alteration, loss, or unauthorized access, given the state of technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which they are exposed, whether from human action or physical or natural environment.

3. Purpose of data

The collection and processing of personal data is aimed to compliance with the contractual relationship between the owner of the data and the user, sending advertising and promotional information related to KEYNET services as well as forms submission surveys and the processing of data for statistical purposes. They will not be used for other purposes than those for which they were collected.

4. Information and consent of the affected

We proceed to inform and seek the express consent of the owner in collecting data.

5. Right to information, rectification, cancellation and opposition data.
